ITA to Host Webinar on Athlete Voice, Trust and Integrity in Sport

The International Testing Agency (ITA) will host the next installment of its "Ask the Expert" webinar series on 27 October. The session will focus on psychological safety, trust, and the vital role of the athlete voice in fostering a clean sport environment.

Clean sport is a shared responsibility. Trust, psychological safety, and the athlete voice play a crucial role in shaping sporting environments where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to raise questions and contribute to a culture of integrity.

During the panel discussion, experts will explore how trust is built and examine why individuals may hesitate to raise concerns or challenge inappropriate behaviors. The session will also highlight the factors that help create positive and supportive sporting environments.

Drawing on their professional expertise and lived experiences, the panelists will share practical examples and insights on how athletes, Athlete Support Personnel, and sport organizations can work together to strengthen integrity in sport.
