African Seminar for Referees and Coaches held in Morocco
African Seminar for Referees and SAMBO coaches was held in Moroccan Casablanca from 11 to 12 June. Representatives of such countries as Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Niger, Angola, Mali, Mauritius, Tunisia, Cameroon, Cote d'Ivoire, CAR, Seychelles participated in a large-scale training event under the guidance of experienced mentors.
The theory and practice of SAMBO refereeing were taught by the FIAS Executive Director Sergey Tabakov and the international referee Alexei Lebedev. After several days of study, an exam was held. Participants who successfully passed it were awarded certificates.
